Practice Philosophy
As a Massage Therapist, I truly believe massage is an important tool to keep our bodies and minds healthy and balanced. Understanding that each person is unique and responds to stress in different ways, is important in treating each person. In each session I listen to the clients concerns and together we come up with a treatment plan that best suits the clients goal for that session.
